payment options for DLF for RETAIL INVESTORS
OPTION 1 ; Part Payment @ 150 per shares , shares allotted will not be tradable till converted to fully paid , so may take 30 days after allotment of shares
OPTION 2 : full payment @ cut off , shares allotted will be fully paid and tradable on listing
what to opt
1. in case you want to hold shares for long term irrespective of listing price , opt for OPTION 1 , pay @ 150 for 180 shares i.e 27000 , don`t apply for more then 180 shares as you are paying 27000 as advance against order for 99000 , retail limit
2.In case you want to take chance for listing gain also , apply for full amount to get fully paid share .
all applying 40 to 180 shares with partly paid option @ 150 may be allotted fully paid shares if issue oversubscribes around 4+ times in retail , by adjusting the part payment towards full vale of shares allotted
appl for 10 to 30 shares will get partly paid shares only as minimum allottment is 10 shares value 5000 to 5500 depending on price declared
In case issue do not subscribe around 3 or less times then all partly payment option will get partly paid shares only , whether applied 10 shares or 180 shares
EXPECTED SUBSCRIPTION
Retail quota is 2870 crore , rare in IPO , so chances are that issue may go around 3 times in retail
EXPECTED ALLOTMENT
Allotment will be good so one may apply as per the exposure of shares allotment amount desired in the issue , i.e if someone wants to give exposure for 10000/ allotment then may go for 50 to 70 share application , for more exposure apply for higher quantity
