Markets hit all time high, Sensex at 15732, Nifty at 4619

Markets closed at all time high again on Monday. Sensex was up by 1% at 15732 while Nifty was up by 1.17% at 4619. CNX Midcap index was up by 0.93% and BSE Small-cap index was up by 0.57%.

BSE Capital Goods index was up by 4%, BHEL up 7%, ABB up 6.1%; L&T up 5.9%. BSE Realty index was up by 2.4%. BSE FMCG index was up by 2.3%, BSE Auto index was up by 1.4%. Index Gainers on Monday were, HUL, up 5.5%, Bajaj Auto, up 4.3% and Hero Honda, up 3.6%. Index Losers were Cipla, down 4.6%, BPCL, down 2.2% and Infosys, down 2%. NSE Advance- Decline ratio stood at 1:1. Total market turnover stood at Rs 66739.48 crore vs Rs 59603.78 crore on Friday.

New Listing on Monday was Suryachakra Power Corporation which closed at Rs 22.35 per share as against its listing price of Rs 22 per share (Issue price Rs 20 per share).

Rupee appreciated by 10 bps at 40.28 on Monday and hit intra-day high of 40.37 per dollar.

Parsvnath up 4.3%; net add 4.5 lakh shares in OI
Century Textile up 7.7%; net add 12.3 lakh shares in OI
Mahindra Gesco up 5.5%; net sheds 33000 shares in OI

Auto Stocks
Bajaj Auto up 5%; net shed 50000 shares in OI
Hero Honda up 3.4%; net add 2 lakh shares in OI

Other Stocks
United Spirits up 16%; net add 1.35 lakh shares in OI
Neyveli Lignite up 5%; net add 4.5 lakh shares in OI

Losers
IFCI down 8.4%; net add 2 lakh shares in OI
Cipla down 4.55%; net add 8 lakh shares in OI
Mphasis down 3.7%; net add 8 lakh shares in OI
UTI Bank down 3.5%; net add 1.3 lakh shares in OI
