Asian indices dip again; Hang Seng, Nikkei down 0.5% each

Asian indices have dipped again following a good opening. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index is down 0.58% at 22326.01, South Korea's Kospi is down 0.405 or 7.5 points, Japan's Nikkei 225 is odown 0.56% at 16,776.94 and Taiwan Index is down 0.5%.
Singapore's Straits Times Index is up marginally, while Shanghai was up 1.5%. Yesterday, the US markets managed some good gains. The Dow rose 150.38, or 1.14 percent, to 13,362.37.Broader stock indicators also advanced. The Standard & Poor's 500 index rose 10.54, or 0.72 percent, to 1,465.81, and the Nasdaq composite index rose 7.60, or 0.30 percent, to 2,553.87.
