CLSA says that India is still in a bull market. Latest bout of selling represents a long-term buying opportunity in India. Macro risk is leading software companies exposure to Western financial services sector. Indian property sector is likely to get worse before it gets better. CLSA has replaced Unitech with Bharti in Asia ex-Japan Absolute Return Portfolio

They say the Left Stance On Indo-US nuclear deal is adding additional ‘Negative Noise’. On RBI, they feel that with US slowdown, RBI may change policy stance before year-end.
