Experts: Current govt may not be allowed to present budget; Looking at elections in 2008

Vinod Sharma, Political Editor Of Hindustan Times says that the current stand-off between the UP government and the Left continues. He mentioned that the current government may not be allowed to present budget. He feels that there are differences among Left on whether to push for mid-term polls.
Yogendra Yadav, Political Analyst says that CPM, BJP are not in a state to fight elections as of now. He feels that early polls are likely and we could be looking at elections sometime in 2008. Elections will happen earlier than 2009, but not in 2007.
